In order to ensure a more effective implementation of the Service Guide, all members should make this Service Guide available on their firm’s Website and at their Head Offices and branches as well, whereby all Financial Adviser Representatives (FARs) are able to obtain and use it for their clients.
FARs are allowed and should also provide their clients either a printed or softcopy of the Service Guide during the establishment of client-advisers relationship in order for them to understand and differentiate between an Agent and a Licensed Financial Adviser.
