Furthermore, BNM has also approved an official Service Guide for the Financial Adviser Industry. The latest version of the Service Guide has been uploaded on AFA’s Website.
In order to ensure a more effective implementation of Service Guide, all members should also make this Service Guide available on their firm’s Website and at their Head Offices and branches, whereby all Financial Adviser Representatives (FARs) can obtain it whenever they want.
BNM also reminded all FARs to provide either a printed or softcopy of the Service Guide to all their clients during the establishment of client-advisers relationship.
